A HALF beef consists of approximately 11Tbone Steaks, 11 Rib eye Steaks, 6 Sirloin Steaks, 8 Round Steaks, 2 Sirloin Tip Roasts, 4 Arm Roasts, 6 Chuck Roasts, 2 Rump Roasts, 8 pounds of Stew Meat, 8 pounds of Soup Bones, 6 pounds of Short Ribs and 90 pounds of Ground Beef

Processing fees are charged separately as they fluctuate based on how you like your beef cut and on our third-party processor.

We ask for a deposit to hold your bulk beef order. Please note that deposits are non-refundable.

Assuming average yields and average processing fees, your total costs (including processing) for ordering a HALF beef may be around $1,250. The total quantity of beef you receive may be around 230 pounds. This means you pay an average of less than $5.50/lb for natural, grass-fed beef!
